Keeps asking me to log in every time I follow a link. Cancelling subscription.

No digital version.
Does not let me download articles
Main reason I have this app is to read on the tube, but it requires internet access to read articles. There’s a download button for issues but downloads disappear as soon as you close the app. This does not happen with the economist app.

Useless if offline
Not sure why this is so difficult for content producers. The content is great but…… if you want to read the magazine on a plane or train you are out of luck. Whilst it gives you the ability to download for offline reading, if you go offline it still wants to check your subscription. If you somehow get passed this it’s downloaded the text but no images. The images try to load by connecting to the internet but if offline makes it incredibly slow and flakey. It can’t be that difficult so please fix.

I have subscribed it it still asks me to subscribe before I can read anything. Not very helpful.

Last upgrade has broken it. Now disjointed and difficult to use. Please fix urgently

IPad app
What have IC done ? something that was simple and easy to use is now dis-jointed and frustrating.
The new internet version is not working well

Can not access anything. All I get is a login page. You login and nothing happens. Had to cancel subscription
Can’t buy issues
Great when it works but randomly can’t purchase issues. Haven’t been able to purchase the last two now as the option to purchase doesn’t come up. The only option is “get” and when I click on this it just takes you to a picture of the first page. I live in a rural area so have to go out of my way to purchase a physical copy and I’m not going to subscribe as I don’t have a need for this publication every week. Thought the app was a solution to my circumstances but unfortunately it’s not fit for this purpose.

Magazine ok App is terrible
The journalism on the whole is decent, and should appeal to the average retail investor. The app however is dreadful, feels like something from 10 years ago. Furthermore, and even worse, if you want to read a linked article, it takes you to a web page asking you to login, without any option to use your Apple subscription…basically meaning you can’t read it!

Delivered magazine to wrong address
After numerous messages lasting over 6 months and even sending their support multiple screenshots of my address (that they have on my registration) I have not managed to get any subscriptions posted to my address. 6 months worth of paid subscriptions all delivered to my old house. Avoid

The app has very limited functionality and frequently fails to find my subscription. For the price I am paying this is absolute rubbish.
Unable to view magazines I purchased
I’ve been buying weekly issues of the mag and every time it the app refuses to let me view the old issues. I paid for them, why can’t I see them!
