No option to upgrade

Tried to purchase the premium version, however no button for this action appears.

Unable to upgrade to Premium

When in the app and request PREMIUM membership a box with two pricing options appears with the heading ‘Upgrade to Premium to Unlock Long-Term Technical Ranking’ however no options to select/pay for the premium service. What I’m I missing ?

4 stars for now… pending its accuracy. Premium service is worth the trial and a month for sure.

Love the app love the premium don’t know how accurate though the projections are and don’t know how accurate some of the short term long-term calls various things like that. Only time will tell.

Overall Great App

The InvestorsObserver app is all-around great and consistently useful. It is a viable tool to keep track of investor sentiment, news, market trends, and plenty of other data for individual securities and even your overall portfolio.

Nice features (w/subscription) but needs landscape

I signed up for a Premium subscription (14-day free trial) and really like the data and analysis that is provided. I signed up on the website, and then downloaded the app, logging in w/out difficulty. The app provides near similar support, but the app is locked in a portrait configuration, which is fine on the iPhone and Ok on an iPad, but terrible on an iPad Pro (12”). I seldom use/hold my Pro in a portrait orientation. And so much of the screen is wasted in that layout. I will continue to access the IO site via a browser when using my iPad Pro until landscape support is added to the app. Lastly, the Portfolio function needs to allow data to be added manually instead of having to link to my broker. I personally do not link any outside apps (and I have a bunch) to my brokerage accounts. I prefer to enter the data manually snd update the holdings as needed.

Product is Great but some security would be nice

I’m a novice trader and IO has really stepped my game up from a research perspective. It helps me weed through a lot of the opinion “information” out there and points me in the right direction to start diving deep on an investment.

All said the reason for 4 stars for the app is NO security features! No Face ID or even simple passcode to access the app. Seems strange that an app which lets you import portfolio info doesn’t have security of any kind. Until that feature is added, I’m going to pass on add my portfolio. Please add this feature!

Very useful tool with subscription

I have an elite level subscription with IO and have already earned back the annual subscription fee within a month of using the service.
Without any subscription to IO, I don’t know how useful the app may be, but having a subscription makes it totally worthwhile.
I also feel that you need to know the basics of options trading (vertical spreads) to be a successful and profitable trader. IO will clue you in to POTENTIALLY good trading opportunities but you must have some understanding of the trading process of you want to continue to make money consistently with vertical spreads. Especially know how to close trades in case one starts going south on you even though the risk is very limited.
I love this service and the app.

NO LANDSCAPE MODE??????????

What is this? 1999? Would like to use this with an ipad without ripping off my keyboard and buying a stand so it’s usable. Fire your developers!

No Options info

The app is great but if you pay for the options subscription, you are unable to utilize any of options info using the app and must be done on the actual website.

Much better free platforms available elsewhere

The app is trash, you get a few free “reports” but after that unless you upgrade to premium the app is pretty much useless.

Instead use Barchart, TipRanks or even Zacks, all of which have amazing free versions.

Also, those “reports” are very basic with no insight on where the scores come from. Save yourself a headache and just use another free service, it’ll be better and more informative then whatever you’d get from even the paid version of this app.

Great App

Just started using the app and it seems great however when linking my portfolio some items do not show. The ones that are not showing are sub-penny stocks, would that be the reason?

Thank you for the review. Regarding your question, if you hold stocks that InvestorsObserver does not cover then those stocks will not show. We do cover close to 11,000 stocks but some lower volume sub penny stocks might not show.

Great information source

I’ve only been using IO for a little over a week, and I find it very useful. I am an active trader, and I evaluate opportunities with IO, Zacks and Market Edge Second Opinion. If there is a reasonable level of concurrence I will make a trade. So far, so good.

Didn’t work

Probably a useful program but if I can’t link my portfolios, it’s useless to me.

Tried multiple times - even had the site pulled up online to make sure I was entering data correctly - IO still says it wrong.

I gave up. Will get this data off ETrade for free.

Can access App now.

Hello.

I can access your App. Thank you.

Yet, having a lifetime subscription to Stocks+ App, I cannot read any of your articles (only) through their App.

When I try to access your articles through their App, I receive a full page notice to download your App, which I have done successfully. However, I still cannot read your articles through Stocks+. The Stocks+ folks have asked me to try numerous fixes since June 23, all proving unsuccessful.

Can you folks please help with this issue?

Analysts Price Target chart missing

I love this app! But couple things needs to be done such as analysts price target chart, import and export tickers from excel file on the website as well!
