The score comes from six things, each weighted and shown separately on the stock's page: fundamentals (30%), technicals (20%), news (15%), analyst consensus (15%), market conditions (10%), and India's macro picture (10%). When a company has no analyst coverage, or the macro read doesn't apply to it, the weights redistribute across whatever data actually exists, so the number is never padded with inputs it doesn't have. Above 61 reads BUY, above 31 reads HOLD, below that SELL, and you can open any component to see its sub-score and the reasoning behind it. All 2,106 NSE-listed stocks are covered.
