About

Invisible Touch is a quiet way to let the people you trust know how you're really doing — without having to find the words. When talking feels like too much, set your status with a single tap: Authored by Susan Gallup • Blue — Early warning. You're noticing the signs and could use a little support. • Yellow — Confirmed unsafe. You're struggling and need someone close. • Red — Crisis. You need help now. The people in your care circle see your status and a short message you've written ahead of time, along with simple guidance on how to show up for you. No long explanations, no reliving the hard part. Invisible Touch also includes: • A personal safety plan — your own steps for getting through the hardest moments, ready when you need them. • Check-ins — a small "thinking of you" your circle can send, and that you can answer with a tap. • Companion view — a dedicated experience for the people supporting someone they love. • Location sharing you control — shared only when you choose to, so your circle can reach you in an emergency. • Siri shortcuts — update your status hands-free. Your information stays private and is shared only with the circle you choose. Invisible Touch is a communication tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
