Spammy looking link when sending.

I’ve loved this app - the imagery and music. But I may need to move on because when you “copy link” to the invitation to text to guests, it only gives you a pink box for the link which says “An Invitation Letter” …no one speaks like that and it looks like spam or malware. So many are not going to open it. It should just be an image of your invitation… either the first page or the envelope. It’s so unfortunate they force this first impression on guests.

Every time I use this app, I’m having issues of it not downloading or the song is playing or to get stuck. I’m paying for something that I can’t even use.

NO APP SUPPORT

Do not download. I paid for a subscription. Got my invite working. Created a new invite for a different party and then none of my invites would load. I decided to try to log out & log back in- big mistake I guess. It says my
Password doesn’t work. So I try to do “forgot password” it sends me a 4 digit code to my email and every time I type it in it says the 4 digit code is wrong (when it in fact is not wrong). Ugg I’m so upset. My first invite I sent to over a hundred people and have my RSVP On there and now I can’t see them. I don’t even know what to do. There is NO app support

Здравствуйте, подписка на мобильный членство нужно отменить самостоятельно: если вы оформили продукт с ежегодной подпиской (автоматическое продление) через Apple ID, откройте систему вашего телефона, перейдите в "Настройки" → "Apple ID" → "Подписки" → отмените подписку.

Все за деньги

Сразу предлагает ПРО. Сделанное приглашение не дает никуда скачать. Зачем оно нужно, если я могу отправить его только в рамках этого приложения. Которого ни у кого нет.

Не могу оплатить подписку

Здравствуйте, так как российские карты теперь не принимает апсторе. Я не могу оплатить подписку . Через сим-карту тоже не получается . Как быть и что делать ?

Upset

I am truly upset with this app. I made invitations for my niece’s quinceañera today and also purchased the $24.99 version. Guests we sent the invitation to cannot open it, and on my end I can’t see anything either.

This completely defeated the purpose of using the app and caused a lot of stress right before an important event. I expected a working service after paying, but it has not functioned properly at all.

I would really like a full refund for the purchase since the app did not deliver what was promised.

Купила VIP версию. Сделала приглашение не отправляется и не открывается. Из приложения вылетает. Свадьба на носу! Сделайте нормальным приложение!!!!

Здравствуйте, сначала приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. В тот день произошел сбой сервера, из-за которого в течение короткого времени не удавалось открыть приглашение, но к вечеру все восстановилось.

Работать с этим приложением одно удовольствие !

Когда необходимо создать приглашения на день рождения,советую воспользоваться данным приложением ! Удобный ,понятный интерфейс , большой выбор мелодий и шаблонов для создания приглашения.

Great app/ But Glitchy

Love love this app! However, I don’t like how it freezes up during certain times of the day when people are trying to RSVP.
That creates a huge inconvenience however, the functionalities options to create an invitation flyer or invitation link is awesome. Without the glitch it’ll be 5 stars.
