Before utilising Invoice Assist, I used a diary to record job details. This was mostly due to no other apps suiting the requirements of my business.
This app is easy to use and saving me so much time. I now scan the barcode of materials when getting them from my van, and it’s added to the job. Adding labour and travel is also really easy. Our invoices are sent before leaving site and are getting paid faster than ever.
I also use it to check prices when buying from alternate wholesalers. I scan the barcode and can see my cost prices. The savings from this alone are well and truly covering the subscription.
