What happened next NEVER happens anymore. I received the service that probably exceeds the white-glove service my clientele receives. I emailed the dev for support and received a response back seconds later. He asked me to go through a couple of troubleshooting steps that I'd already tried, so we tabled the issue until I was able to troubleshoot further. During the course of trying to figure it on my own, I found another very minor bug. The dev sent me another email asking if I'd call him when I got home. I called him as soon as I walked in the door and he had already resolved the larger issue. The second, minor bug was resolved before our phone call ended.
I provided him feedback on 2 things that I'd like to see in the future. He made a note of both items, liked both ideas, and said he'd implement them.
The kindness, response, and professionalism Chris shows, in addition to the quality of this still relatively young app, shows just how much he cares about both his product and his customers.

Powerful and affordable
I also just discovered that I can add my Venmo link and it shows up on the invoice. Amazing tool, I don’t know why more invoice apps don’t have this.

The freemium version gave me everything I need to stay on top of payments, and I didn’t even need to provide a credit card for the trial! It’s so easy to use, I did end up upgrading to get unlimited access but the trial showed me that it was worth it.
The app is smooth, reliable, and perfect for small businesses like mine. If you need something simple yet powerful, this is the app to try. Plus, upgrading is seamless when I need more advanced tools. Highly recommend! 🚀

Invoice Pro is a Lifesaver

We have done a speed test to see how fast we can create an account to sending the first bill to a customer with one product. It took 9 seconds! Sure that might be impractical for the average user not doing speed runs but we had fun and our goal was always to make this the fastest invoicer on the market but also with tons of flexibility in functionality.
