No information syncs between devices at all. Very disappointing

As a small bussniues owner I use this app constantly and has amazing results. It works really quickly and smoothly. It is also very efficient and I couldn't ask for more from a app like this.
Liked the app but may need to switch
I have been paying for the upgraded app for quite a while and it has been a reasonably priced useful app - but since the last update I lost all of my paid features and the adds returned. I have since upgraded to premium and this is still not resolved. It has been multiple weeks now and I am unable to add invoices or clients. This is a real problem as I now have to track accounting manually until / if this is fixed. I either will have to retroactively add items or possible move my entire year to another program. Very frustrating.

I just payed for a subscription and now does not allow me to create documents or do anything. Helloooo??? Uff disappointed !!!!
