You gotta be kidding me! I can’t access any of my invoices I made over the last two years. You guys are unbelievable. If you’re forcing me to pay I will definitely go elsewhere if you lost my account anyways. Update yeah great thanks. I hear you I can get my data back if I pay for your app. Thanks for holding my data ransom and demanding payment. How bout I just get my data that belonged to me when the app was free and not charge me for it. That’s really dishonest.
I’m so irritated about this app! I lost all my information and their response is basically just pay us and you can have your information back. Literally! Really not happy with these guys

Thank you for your feedback — and we're truly sorry for the confusion. In the previous version of the app, there was no account system — all data was stored only locally on your device. This means you didn't actually have a registered account, even if it felt like one. In the new version, we’ve introduced a secure account system and a built-in transfer tool. When you install the update, the app detects old data on your device and offers to import it into the new version — but registration is now required to complete the process and keep your data safely backed up going forward. If you still have the same device and haven’t deleted the app’s data, you can reinstall the app and follow the prompts to import your previous invoices.

Account deleted

After the last update my account was deleted. It says the email is not registered with them even though I just signed into it 2 weeks ago and sent out an invoice.

My rules, my terms

I finally found an app that lets me set custom payment terms. No more default 30-day nonsense. I run a 7-day cycle and this invoice maker makes that easy 🗓️. I forgot to save the setting once and had to redo, but once you lock it in — it works like a charm.

No more awkward chasing 📨

The payment reminders and overdue alerts save me from awkward client follow-ups. I don’t have to be the bad guy anymore 😅. Invoxa handles all that gently and on schedule; Clients respond faster too. Once had a typo in a reminder, but I fixed it quick. Def worth having!

No more tax stress

Automatic VAT and tax calculation is somthing I never knew I needed until I used Invoxa. It takes the guesswork out of invoicing clients across states and borders. I no longer stress during tax season 🧾. I checked my numbers twice and they were spot-on. Really solid addition for busy pros.

PayPal setup was smooth 🤝

I use PayPal and Stripe for most of my freelance work, so having them both baked in saved me a ton of set-up time. Everything just linked up instantly. No bugs, no workarounds. This invoice maker just gets it. I did have to reconnect once, but that was probbly on my end.

Loss of information

With the update of the new version I lost all my billing history, I need to recover it urgently

Bring back adding older invoice dates

Love the new design! But it deleted all my previous invoices and now I can add them back with older payment dates 😩

Files upload clean every time 😁

I like attaching receipts or screen grabs for transparency. 📎 Drag and drop works great. I had one timeout while uploading, probbly my Wi-Fi. But re-try worked fast; Clients appreciate the extras, and it cuts down on back-and-forth.

No login hoops to start 🧪

I sometimes need to draft something super quick without logging into my full system. This tool lets me do that. ⏱️ I did close the tab once too fast, but the draft stayed. It’s light and simple when I just need to bill and bounce.

Notes inside items help 💬

Sometimes I need to add details to specific line items. This tool lets me drop in short notes or explanations. 🧾 Client asked a question once, and the note answered it. I forgot to save one note and had to rewrite it. Still, makes things clear without long emails.

Filters speed things up ☕

Looking for a specific invoice used to take forever. Now I filter by date, status, or name, and it’s right there. 🗂️ One filter didn’t apply once but fixed after refresh. Big deal if you're handling multiple gigs or doing end-of-month reviews.

Smart fill-ins save typing 🧠

When I start typing a product or service, the app suggests what I usually bill for. 🔍 It’s faster, and I mess up less. One time it filled the wrong rate, but I caught it; Cuts down on typing and helps keep my invoices consistent without extra effort.

Manual tax toggle works 📉

Sometimes I need to enter custom tax amounts, and this lets me flip between auto and manual. 🔄 Forgot to turn it on once and billed without VAT, oops. Invoxa lets you adapt depending on the job type, which is key when clients vary so much.

Auto-drafts saved my neck 📝

I closed the tab by accident and thought I lost everything. Turns out, the app saved it as a draft. 😅 One section didn’t load right later, but that was my network. Still, not having to redo an invoice from scratch? Absolute time saver.

Preview button saves time 🖼️

Before I hit send, I always use preview. I caught a wrong line item just last night. 💡 The format shows exactly what my client sees. Froze on me once after a long session, but worked after reload. Helps me look sharp without sending sloppy drafts.

Smart numbering helps track 🧠

This app auto-fills invoice numbers and lets me add prefixes. 🔢 Clients don’t get confused, and I don’t repeat numbers by mistake. I once skipped a digit myself, but it flagged it. Neat for staying on top of paperwork without using a spreadsheet.

Copying invoices is fast 🧾

I handle repeat gigs and use a lot of the same details. With this tool, I can copy a previous invoice, tweak a few lines, and done. 🪄 I edited the wrong copy once, but noticed quick. Big time-saver if you're billing for similar stuff often.
