unable to save receipt & generate PDF file

keep loading but not complete & unable to keep in PDF file,help to solve this issue ASAP

Does not work

Used it one time worked well. Then they have you subscribe to continue using app. (Which I did) suddenly after spending a lot of time creating invoices and estimates. None can be previewed. It just shows a green screen. Nothing sends to any device or email.
