I like the app when I can get it to work! Every time I try to use it I have to validate the subscription. I have paid and used for a long time! I shouldn’t have to validate it every time! And it usually takes a long time to get it to work as it keeps saying I need to validate. So frustrating! Fix this!

Cannot restore my purchase.
I already bought for one month and should be the subcription will end on january 2021. But problem occur when i want to create new invoice and the app ask me to subcribe once again. Now i cannot create any invoice because of the subscription matter. Please help

Can someone please fix this? My subscription just renewed today, and yet the app says my trial period is expired. I can’t use the app for invoices, I am already charged for this month. Need you to fix this ASAP!

Keeps telling me to “go ahead and configure my email” but no instructions how. I would rate it higher if I knew how to do this
