Great for small businesses
I’ve been using Invoice.app for the last 5 years and have really enjoyed the simple user interface and the PDF Invoices that it generates. I like that they have recently added the ability to email your client directly which has saved me having to save the invoice separately and then send it.
Extremely Helpful tool
I have been a customer on this app for 5 years, and it has been very useful in managing my business. I previously had an issue with the app after an update and jumped to write a negative review, however the guys managing the app were extremely helpful and quickly solved my issues. This app truly deserves 10 stars.

Gut aber…
Ich finde diese App richtig gut, nur als Handwerker nicht so gut nutzbar. DA einiges fehlt wie, qm oder die Adresse der Kunden so setzen das man es normal mit der Post verschicken kann wenn man Briefumschläge mit Fenster hat. Ich benutze es zwar aber es ist blöd wenn man keine genaue qm angeben kann. Ganz wichtig finde ich. Vielleicht kann man die App so programmieren das man bei dem meter Wochen was immer selber was zu schreiben kann.

How can i get my old invoices i was trying to link it to my mac book and all my data got deleted and i need to recover all the info i had invoices pendeing

Einfach gehalten, dadurch sehr schnell
Schnell zu bedienende Rechnungsapp. Die Basisfunktionen sind vorhanden. Mehr aber auch nicht. Wer wenig bis mittel viele Rechnungen schreibt könnte hier glücklich werden. Eine Serienrechnungsfunktion fehlt leider. Die Mac App läuft rasend schnell und die Synchronisation ebenso.
Sehr gut und zuverlässig
Nachdem ich auf meinen iMac und mein MacBook verzichte habe ich eine App gebraucht, die nur auf dem iPad läuft.
Bin grundsätzlich super zufrieden. Stabil, einfach und sicher.
Für den 5 Stern fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten. Bitte einen Seitenumbruch und eine Umsatzstatistik pro Kunde einführen - Danke!
Vielleicht noch ein paar mehr Varianten im Design.

Excellent App For A Small Business
I've not used this app for very long but so far I have to say I like it very much. It does everything I need it to do and at a very resonable price. It's a universal app so works natively on my M1 Macbook Air.
Invoice.app is very easy to use and the invoices it creates look professional and well laid out. There are many choices to customise the pdf invoice including renaming pdf fields which is really handy. All in all this is a much better app than the one it replaces. I'm only sorry I didn't come accross it earlier, highly recommended!

I love the flexibility and options you get! Very professional layout and works great with my macbook! so affordable too!
Beware!!!!
Had the app for a while and it work well for my small business. Upgraded my phone and all documents GONE! Support could not help at all. Will be deleting the app after this review. With all the technology and the app is HELPLESS!!!!!

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. Data synchronisation requires an account to be created in order for it to work. If you don’t create an account, you use the app anonymously and it will not sync between devices. Hope it helps.
Simple app does it's job well
It's a simple app that does one job - writing and managing invoices - well enough. The interface is quirky, it takes a little getting used to, but it's fine. The only downside to speak of is managing tax numbers. If you enter the 'Tax Number' for a client in the interface, this is relayed as 'VAT ID' on the final invoice - not the same! I can't see how to change this. But otherwise, a good app.

Unable to sync between devices
Just switched to another macos, no option to sync it, losted all the data of this app present in old mac.
Now i dont know how to get it back. worst experience.

Hello, The sync feature was always present in the app and available for free. Users can decide if they want to create an account to sync all documents or use the app anonymously.
Too many features are behind the paywall to make an informed decision
Looks promising. Unfortunately, if you can't add items, expenses, or customize the invoices beyond the rather bland templates without adding yet another subscription, then you can't get a real idea how the workflow actually plays out. The 3 invoice limit is enough of a restriction to make a decision whether to actually purchase or not. I'm sure the developer put a signifigant amount of time into this app and should be compensated...just not with a subscription. Why would you shoot yourself in the foot by turning off potential customers with what appears to be flat out greed? Open the whole app for review so your customers can make an informed decision.

Amazing, powerful app for small businesses/freelancers
I've been looking for an invoice solution like this for ages and this app ticks almost all of the boxes. It's brilliant!
It's really easy to use, the interface is well designed on both MacOS and iOS versions and the data syncs between the two once you've logged in.
It's also really good value compared to other accounting software/solutions which often charge 10x more per month. This app also has a lifetime purchase option which I may consider in the future.
The invoices that are auto generated are also well laid out and have various customisation options. I've found that lots of the other invoice generators I've used in the past produce pretty ugly documents. This app is much better at this too.
I hope that future updates bring about support for further invoice customisation and the ability to export invoices as .csv files. However I'm really pleased with the functionality so far. Great job.

Feels unfinished
The interface feel quite unfinished for an app that costs $160. If all the settings, popups, rollodowns, etc, worked at least as well as Wave Accounting (for which I'm looking an alternative), I'd gladly pay $200 for the perpetual licence. Might check again in a few months.

But it is missing custom templates. The two templates provided are a bit clunky, it would be great to be able to make our own.

It's simple, beautifull and works really well. I search for days and this is the winner app. And offer the iOS app for the same price!

Не плохая программа для создания чеков и инвойсов. В целом в ней можно хранить всю информацию и о своих расходах и использовать ее как домашнюю бухгалтер ию. А если вы занимаетесь бизнесом это очень удобно.
