Credit memos — Issue full or partial credit memos against invoices; they're badged as CREDIT and automatically excluded from revenue reports so totals stay accurate. Custom brand accent color — Pick a per-client accent color that flows through the invoice design, generated PDFs, and emailed invoice attachments. In-context Help & FAQ — New Help/FAQ screen plus tappable info buttons throughout the app that surface "Did you know?" tips and answers where you need them. Welcome email on sign-up — New accounts now get an automated welcome email via a dedicated edge function triggered on registration. Invoice It duplicate guard — Prevents accidentally re-invoicing an item that's already been billed, warning you instead of creating a duplicate. Invoice type badges — Invoice lists now show EXPENSE / TRAVEL / CREDIT badges so you can tell document types apart at a glance. Swipe actions on invoices — Swipe an invoice row to quickly duplicate or delete it without opening the record. Merge cleanup — When standalone invoices are merged into one, the leftover source invoices are removed automatically to avoid clutter. Manual date/time entry — New typed DateInputField lets you key in dates directly instead of only using the picker wheel. Updated mileage rate (76¢) — Default mileage rate bumped to the IRS July 1, 2026 rate of 76¢/mile, with dated help text in Settings explaining the change. UX polish — Fixed billing-type button text overflow, debounced the offline banner so it stops flickering, and added a header "Save" on Add Client plus keyboard-aware Save footers on Expense/Client/Invoice forms.
