Inzant Staff are polite and obliging, no matter how many times..you just don t get it...there is so much support online and phone..you are never alone with problems or questions,if they should arise,usually from product info not communicated to the Inzant Team..Go ahead !Buy this system, encourage others to buy it and use it,you too can be in the fast lane now because this gives you the time to buy the car to do it.

Very easy to use. You can show the customer the catalogue, place the order and send it to the cloud in no time.
This means you have more time to spend with the customer discussing the ranges and features of your products, instead of just taking orders.
The app allows the customer to see every item ordered with quantities, price and descriptions then and there, so less chance of mistakes being made. This can then be emailed to them as a purchase order within minutes of going to the cloud.
You can see what the customer ordered last time, take stock counts and see whether you have made budget for the month, and even previous months orders.
You can make adjustments to the customer information and add new customers at any time. This means you can take an order as soon as you enter the customer onto the system.
The only thing I find annoying is that you have to go through head office to make any major changes, but I suppose this means mistakes can't be made like accidentally deleting customers from the system.
