WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dashboard — See today’s appointments and upcoming bookings at a glance. Quick stats show how many bookings you have today and in the coming days. • Booking requests — View all your assigned bookings in one place. Filter by status (e.g. pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled) so you can focus on what matters. • Booking details — Open any booking to see full details: customer name and contact, service(s), date and time, location, notes, and total. Update status (e.g. on the way, arrived, in progress, completed) so customers stay informed. • Directions & maps — Get turn-by-turn directions to the customer’s address. The app shows your location and the customer’s location on a map and can guide you there. • Location sharing — When you have active bookings, the app can share your location so customers know when you’re on the way. Location is used only to improve the service experience. • Notes & service info — Read customer notes and full service details for each booking so you’re prepared before you arrive.
