This app really needs an update I wouldn’t even use it if it wasn’t needed for work .

Old authentication methods
This app is not working with modern authentication methods and hasn’t been updated is 3 years! That means we may have to discontinue iOffice since they don’t want to update for modern authentication
IOffice App
The crashes and other problems created while being used to do mass projects items is beyond frustrating and in truth is down right infuriating! If I’m scanning 49 packages in a rush and the application just decides it doesn’t work I’m left embarrassed with a very upset client whom has things to do!!!

No updates in 2 years?!?!
This app has so many glitches and problems it’s almost unreliable. Then come to find out that there hasn’t been an update in over 2 years? Well no wonder!
Unreliable
This app does not function the way it should. It is very frustrating considering we have to constantly update the app, which still does not fix the issue 50% of the time.
So many issues, but the latest one is the worst.
Right now, after the latest update, I can’t check packages outbound because it won’t pull up the from user search window. Also why is it only delivering the packages at the sync time and not the one they were scanned out?

Too many issues with the device syncing properly. I’ve had packages signed for and they have never been seen again.

Having to delete and reinstall on recent continual updates is a joke
Syncing issues!
Constantly having issues syncing app with TRAC website. Checkpoints don't always update. Our wifi has been looked at and it's fine. We believe it's the software.
On a lighter note, it's better than Receiving and delievering by pen and paper.
