Lacking relative to other banks
It’s basically just their website in app form. Annoyingly, it requires text message authentication within the app. Getting to important info quickly is the entire benefit of an app, so there’s not much reason to ever use it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. App goes down need to wait for banking hours. Takes 30 days to get transfers set up. Takes 30 days to get checks. If I knew I would never have used this.

I love this bank. I go to the one in Naugatuck CT

I hate this app so much it crashes whenever it feels like it they run maintenance constantly on it and it still has problems constantly kicking me out sometimes not even letting me login like it’s not fun
Notifications
2nd time in 2 yrs all transaction notifications have stopped. Last time they started up suddenly after a couple wks, this time it’s been 2 months without. I troubleshot everything including deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing. No help from ION.
