Crashes every time
Crashes and shuts down every time I try to open the app. Would like to use it, but unable to.

Sorry, would love to be using this but it merely shuts down upon opening. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling it to no avail. <shrug>

Park hop not working
I signed up for 2021 park hop a few weeks ago and tried to begin the scavenger hunt at Cleveland Park last week. I was able to see the clues there once. To see the clues again, I had to keep signing in but my login never worked. I am at home now, with an excellent signal, and I try to log in, but when I add my info, click done or go, the page deleted my info and I have to start again with the same result. I'm trying to download a paper copy but it's not available. Some people like paper; we are too reliable in our phones and when technology doesn't work, it would be nice to have a paper copy so we can get out and do this scavenger hunt with our kids.

As a newcomer to Greenville, this app has helped me get around and get to know the city. It has a good operating system and is very user friendly as well.

It's an excellent idea and I hope they can get it fixed, but I loaded it and it would open for a second and then close. I couldn't access the app at all.
