Change it back
This app worked fine and I had no issues until they updated it. Why did you take away the arrows to scroll back and forth through the days on the schedule???

Was a great app but the update before last made switching between days so much more complicated. You could toggle from day to day or from shift to shift previously and it was so smooth. Now you have to leave the page by opening the entire month to switch to a different day. Please change it back. Other than that still a great app. 3 stars for now. Back to 5 if it changes back.

Not good for 2 agencies
Solid app—works well for picking up shifts. Appreciate how the system also syncs with Google calendar. It would be nice if it would directly sync to iCal for quicker updates. Biggest issue is that I’m on two fire/EMS agencies that both use iOps. There’s no easy way to manage both from the app. It would be nice if they could build in a way to toggle quickly between both agencies’ schedules/accounts without having to log out and in all the time.

GPS issues
We’ve been using this app for well over a year now and continue to have issues with the GPS when clocking in. It’s the most frustrating thing about this system

Most useful scheduling app
Our company has very difficult scheduling needs in order to cover our flight crews and aircraft. iOps360 has made it very easy for us to cover shifts, vacation, sick days and training. This is the only feature we use. One recommendation would be to have the ability to hide features you don’t need to make it more streamlined.

Update
The new update on the iOps360 app does not work well at all. It won’t allow you to submit a check off sheet. It’s not very user friendly. It’s also no very appealing with the new color scheme. The old iOps360 app was great but this is not.
Shift Manager
Software is easy to navigate and has made my job much, much easier. Saves me hours of time every month putting together the schedule. No doubt, 5 stars!

This is the app I have been looking for to make my job easier and also for my employees. I highly recommend this app to anyone. Also great customer service when needed.

Great app for iOps360. Easy to clock in, see my schedule and quick access to employee contact info.
This app is atrocious
Be ready to spend and hour trying to figure out who is on the schedule and when you are working. Also have some pain killers on standby for the massive headache that is associated with usage of this app.
