It worked fine for a couple of days! But after that the connection between the device and yours is gone! The app is simple, but what is the point if the app stops connecting with the camera? Is there anyway to get a refund or a voucher because this feel like a rip off invention of a device. No offense.

I had the same experience as the other poor person who spent money on this. I think it’s a real scam! Not worth it, spend money on a decent security system, this is bull****!
Never connects
Managed to get the camera to connect once after a few tries and now it won’t connect at all. Finds the camera, attempts to connect then fails. Not worth it

Horrible video file search results
This thing works ok and easy to setup. Searching for files does not list them in order of newest to oldest. They are scrambled up! It’s frustrating when you need to go back! Please fix this!

Sound doesn’t work
Supposed to be able to hear sound while live viewing but I’ve never been able to hear anything.
App update terrible
I have never had a issue with this app for my camera in years but the latest update made it wonky. I used to be able to click the arrows on the corner and then turn my camera sideways to view a larger screen. Now it stays the same only enlarges making it blurry! Terrible!
Constantly losers connection
If you have multiple motion detections to watch you have to close the app and reconnect to it to watch the next one and so on and so on. Very frustrating
Live view is about all it is good for
This app works, but is much more annoying than satisfying. Lots of issues with the app. If you use it in live view it does good, but anything other than that it is barely usable.
Works Well and Connects Easily
Overall, it works well. I just wish that when we are transferring files, that there was a way to select multiple files at once so we don’t have to select and download one file at a time.
Bug
Since the last update the camera stop working in less that a minute, this is not happening in a android
Won’t save downloaded videos to photos album.
Choosing a downloaded video and hitting the send to photos button saves only the topmost video and not the one you’re choosing.
Besides this bug that should be fixed, there should be batch options for viewing and transfering videos out. It’s an awkward app.

Microphone
I can’t use the microphone anymore. Can you get that function back?
Time zone
Can’t seem to find the correct time zone for Louisiana. Keeps changing on its own. Time stamp recording don’t match up.
Stop recording on the sims card if you open the app
If this app could continue to record on the sims card when you open the app to check on your cameras, that will be amazing, however since it doesn’t do that and you literally loose anything the cameras were recording while trying to open them, it deletes the purpose of the cameras, plus the app takes forever to connect to the cameras when first open the app, if you could fix those issues, this app will be great, hopefully this issues get resolved soon.

Do not waste your time or money
Frustratingly useless
App shuts down when motion detected
The app is easy to understand and operate. However a problem all of a sudden started today. When you are live viewing remotely, when motion is detected the app shuts down. Every time. Never happened before.
Bugged
This was working fine for a couple months but it’s now bugged and keeping kicking me out the app after 1-5 minutes very disappointing
