All I ever get is the loading symbol this app NEVER works.. I would actually give it a zero

Downloaded the app to use the discounts and benefits after already paying the fee. App gets stuck at white screen after trying to sign in or even to see discounts.

After updating, I'm not even sure how to authenticate. I'm already a lifetime member, but there is no option to log in as an existing member.
This app is a good start to keep Iowa State graduates connected to the university, but it needs more work:
1. The app is not optimized for iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s or 6s Plus. It's been just over a year since the 6 and 6 Plus have been out.
1. a. An image on the membership card view is cut off (possibly due to lack of support for larger iPhones). Use the iOS Simulator to test if you don't have a larger model.
2. Can't add the membership card to the Wallet (née Passbook) app. This makes it easier to show the membership card without launching the app.
3. The calendar of events should provide a way to subscribe to a published calendar (via *.ics file) so I can easily add it to the Calendar app. This makes it much easier to see the events along with my work and home calendars, and plan accordingly. Switching back and forth is too much work.
Please address these issues, and I will add back stars for each item that is fixed.

This app is great, I have all my discounts with me all the time! I don't have to take the time to try to look it up online. Very user friendly!
