The new APP is great! You can get a quick balance whenever you need it, pay a person is super easy and the staff has been great through this transition!
Loss of features renders it useless
Unlike the old app, this new app doesn’t show the names of the company paid next to the corresponding account transactions. Am I supposed to just guess what each debit was for? Or spend the time digging out bills/receipts to compare to amounts listed? Major loss of utility. I’ve had to log in to the website from my phone when I want to double check that an automatic payment went through.
