What is this for?
This app is completely useless! I’m told by Member Services to “go on the website…” and there is no information about anything! They need to go to their own website and see it for themselves. Don’t waste your time.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app and the screen is blank and it just says loading the whole time.

Even IF you get past the login screen, app screen just loads spinning circles. Don’t bother
Mostly useless
Even though I have to sign in to my personal account, there is nothing personal about the information the app provides. I wish that my specific benefits were spelled out through the app. My insurance company, Facebook, and google provide personalized service, why can’t my health insurance app do the same?

I can’t even get the app to load. This is ridiculous!
Does Nothing
While I was able to open the app, All it does is redirects you to the same browser fitted “EntryKey Login” page on the website. Its no different than what you’d see by going to the website in your browser. Waste of space.

Downloaded it because I got a letter about it for my son, he’s had this insurance for three years an they just now told me about it. Downloaded just fine but won’t open. Complete BS
