Anmeldung nicht möglich

Eine Anmeldung mit meinem Account ist leider unmöglich. Auch ein Neusetzen des Passworts und eine Neuinstallation der App haben nicht geholfen. So ist sie leider völlig nutzlos.

Also entweder ist bei meinem Download etwas schief gegangen oder die App ist unfertig. Anstelle von Buttons sehe ich die programmierten Texte der Buttons. Zudem kann ich trotz Abo nicht auf die Inhalte zugreifen.
Das Magazin hingegen finde ich herausragend, meine Wertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die App.

Kundenservice Null

Abo bezahlt, Zugriff auf Inhalte nicht möglich. Kundenservice verspricht Rückmeldung, seit zwei Monaten nichts. Enttäuschend für eine Zeitschrift mit diesem Anspruch. Die App funktioniert nicht.
