Doesn't seem to work
Tried installing but the app shows a black screen and then just closes.
IP6 camera
Wasted a lot of time on these cameras. They have the potential of been great bits of kit. Adding a camera is so temperamental. Managed to add one but failed to add a second one. Spoke to the technicians on 5 different occasions. Gave up in the end.
This apps sucks
Like the w020 apps , it doesn’t work with the ios 11.4 and ios12. Smanos are not able to update their apps to make it work.
Do not buy
biggest waste of money ever, have had to get alarm unit replaced twice. has zero functionality and poorly designed. no improvement attempts have been made. stay away from all there products
Keep disconnecting
This app is quite frustrating. There are times where the app does not connect to the camera, and there are times where the camera just stops working and there is no way to connect it to the app. If you think it might be the Wi-Fi connection, there is no way to connect to the Wi-Fi see the app when the camera is dysfunctional. Even in the app under the User Guide, it is blank. You end up having to delete the camera that is installed on the app and doing the process all over again. This is maybe the third or fourth time I have reinstalled see camera to connect with this app. So I am disappointed I purchased this device with an app that is not functional most times.
Update: it’s working again. After about a year it decided to work again. Go figure. Just in time to see my front door when Christmas shopping packages that are delivered. Let’s see how long it will last this time. Will keep you posted. If is goes I’ll get a NestCam.

App doesn't work
My phone connects to "HD WIFI Camera" but the app doesn't recognize their syncing. I can't use my device at all as there is no way to connect to an internet website outside of the app and no manual way to connect the device to wifi. Its just an expensive piece of hardware with no useable software. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy let alone a friend.

I have now changed the camera 5 times, each one has had a different fault, the only consistent fault is that I am sitting here for hours and hours waiting for the blue light to stop flashing and connect to my internet !!! No star rating given as it won't give me the option of a minus figure , I have had to give it 1 star to be able to even give a nil rating

Also a crap making company in China with an address in the Netherlands. They prop their ratings on BestBuy and other sellers as well. Not honest business.

App crashes a lot
The update is terrible crashes a lot and i cannot continuously monitor the camera as the app now has auto close or something. Is it possible to downgrade to the last version

Do not update firmware
The camera worked and like the previous post, the app would disconnect randomly quite frequently which was annoying. I made the mistake of updating the firmware through the app options and now my two cameras will not connect to my wifi after the firmware update.
I have tried everything from deleting the cams to reinstalling the app and no success. I have contacted their tech support and only provided common solutions which i tried on my own before reaching out for help i.e. Reinstalling the app/cams, unplugging the cams, reset cams etc.
Was hoping for a second level tech support or a solution to undo the fireware update to no avail.
I like the app because you could record what you were viewing directly to the app, however, not able to save it your phone.
Fix all the issues and this could be a very good product.

Very slow
Very slow unresponsive most of the time. Changing wifi is a huge hassle and won't even work. Needs fixing

Great app and camera / app needs update
Working great, good quality and easy to use. Please add the ability to rotate the view 90 degrees. We have ours mounted on a wall and side viewing is difficult because the app only allows you to flip the view 180 degrees.
