Thank you for your honest feedback and for the kind words about the app. We completely understand your concern, especially for professionals working in public hospitals. Over the past years the app has grown significantly: many new features have been added, the database has expanded, and a constant effort is required to keep the content updated, accurate, and aligned with new devices and technologies. This ongoing work is what led us to move to a subscription model. That said, we are very aware that cost can be a barrier. For this reason, we are actively working on institutional and hospital-based solutions that allow multiple users to access the app through a single agreement, significantly reducing the individual cost.
