Ужасное отношения

Полный беспредел в банке. Обновил , исчезала карта актуальная в приложении. Не показывает мой остаток. Без оснований заблокировали сумо карту , которая до 27 года. Долларовая карта до 2030 года испарилась. Писал в поддержку, заявку приняли. Прошло 7 дней. Написал в чат. Она мне говорят , срок годности карты истек. Выслал фото карты актуальной. Тишина. Через 3 часа , пишите завтра.

Самый ужасный банк в Узбекистане!! И приложение не рабочее! Не могу элементарно свои же деньги из кошелька вытащить, когда надо. Приложение работает по настроению и просто может дать сбой, когда тебе надо расплачиваться! Доработайте, пожалуйста! Свои же деньги, имея карту этого банка и пользуясь приложением, не могу использовать по необходимости!
