難用到不行 語言無法切換

只是要領個客家幣，結果被逼迫下載用這個爛東西。到底政府為什麼要跟這麼爛的廠商合作。我的手機設定是英文，結果下載app自動全部變英文，不能切換成中文傻爆眼。app的英文localization和UI根本災難，翻譯亂翻且排版難看，真的不知道PM和UI/UX在幹嘛。然後第一次看到整個語言介面被鎖死跟手機設定語言綁在一起，真的是太天才的設定，工程師偷懶也偷太大。

詐騙集團常用這個工具洗錢轉帳

詐騙透過軟體漏洞幾分鐘內就騙走我20萬，iPass客服對於處理詐騙問題不積極，本身軟體設計就存在不安全的登入方式，沒有進行登入身分驗證跟審核程序，要消費者自己承擔損失
