A lot of running in the background
Haven’t opened the app in the last 2 weeks, yet it’s one of the apps that consumed the most battery. Always doing work in the background. Unsure what data the app is collecting and what for it’s doing it

Messes with other Wi-Fi connections
Works fine with delta Wi-Fi but seems to mess up any sort of Wi-Fi that has a page you have to load to login like hotel WiFi’s or airport wifis. Basically I have to delete the after my flight and restart my phone to get it back to normal then I re download the app before my flight super annoying.
Nothing for Nothing
This app connects you to WiFi’s that are already free! This is useless in finding anything “hidden” . Good thing it was free. Or else I would have demanded a refund!
Don’t buy
I bought this since I’m with the airlines. It hasn’t worked since the very beginning and I’ve written to them about a refund and have never back. Honestly, I think it’s a scam!!

Apps doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work more than it does. Shows that it’s trying to connect but then after a few moments and errors appears that a connection can’t be made.
Is this app still supported? Never connects
I haven't successfully connected using the app in well over a year. Is this app even still supported? I'm not sure why I haven't deleted it before now.
Only connects to my home WiFi
0% success rate on Lufthansa and United flights. I’ve tried everything from reinstalling the app to messing with TCP settings.
Not on Delta
I have an account through my company and fly Delta frequently. This app never works and support is non-existent.

What a waste of time... this app doesn’t even open on an iPhone 8.

I travel extensively and it is more trouble than it is worth. If my company gave me options, this would not be one I would pick!

Doesn’t work on iPhone
The application works fine on my laptop but stopped working 2 months ago on the iPhone. I contacted help multiple times and even though they respond their advice is that my username / password doesn’t work but how can that be when the same credentials work on my laptop. Definitely a buggy app with lots of issues.

Crashes. All the time.
What a horrible app. My company subscribed so we get free Wi-Fi when traveling. When it works, it’s awesome. However this most recent upgrade seems like it wasn’t tested at all. Each time I tried to connect when I’d joined the airplane Wi-Fi, the app crashed. No way to use it to Authenticate. These guys need a serious upgrade to their engineering teams because unfortunately, this happens all the time with releases from them.

I have had no success with this app!
I am very unhappy with this app. I cannot use it in any of the hotels I stay in and have to disconnect the app in order to get on to a hotels wifi. Same on the airlines, I have never been able to use it!! Disappointed for sure.
