Clean app with useful tools. I like the mood journal tool especially. It helped me reflect on how my mental health has been previously and how it is progressing.

I’ve been using i.pause recently, and it feels like a calm little space in the middle of a busy day. The app is simple, clean, and easy to use without feeling overwhelming. “Tiny Wins” is probably my favorite feature because it reminds me to appreciate small progress, which honestly helps a lot.
