Fertility tracking no longer works
I have been using this app for YEARS and always loved it! Paid for it! Now the fertility tracking doesn’t work and the feedback option to reach out for support is gone. So frustrating and disappointing! Hoping the developers will fix the fertility tracking issue.
Can’t export data…
I’ve been using this app for 15 years now. I know I initially paid something for it, before app subscriptions were a thing, and you could buy an app with a one-time payment. Perhaps that’s why I’m not having the ad issues that others have mentioned? In the past, I’ve been able to export my data, but this option is currently behind a paywall. There’s no way to contact support, and they want me to pay $5/month to export my data. Shady. No thanks. I’ve started using the Health app on my phone instead.

It’s too buggy. Why can I not add my fertility markers ? It used to work and now I cannot.
Some issues and no way to contact support
2026 update: I can no longer track fertility. Nothing on that screen is working. In addition, when I want to send a report, the menu to share via messages, email, etc. doesn’t load correctly so while I can usually get the data where I want it, it is kind of a crapshoot. And the option to send feedback is gone so I can’t even report a bug. Very annoying. I’ve been using this app for 17 years and have been happy in past. Hopefully the developer will at least read reviews.
2021: I’ve been using this app for about twelve years now and have come to rely on it to keep all my info organized and on hand. There have been a couple of glitches over that time, but nothing that was not resolved with updates or help from support. However, latest update needs some serious fixing. Every time I open the app, I have to log in AND all my settings have reverted to default. All my data is still there, but every single setting preference is gone. This needs to be fixed. It’s beyond annoying because all the reminders are reset to default as well which makes them useless.
Please fix this problem! I’m a long time lover of this app and right now, I’m nearly cussing every time I open it.

Pros and cons
It glitches too much and the custom entries on the first page of overview disappears anytime theirs an update to the phone or app. I like the detail of the entry features otherwise. I wish I could tally and get data like I can with the cycle information.
Disappointed
It’s been 16 years since I downloaded this app. Bought it multiple times for ads, updates, etc. now they say I need to pay subscription. 6 euros a month just to log on my period? This is nuts. Im taking my data elsewhere.

Tricks you into paying 60 pound - immediately!
I used to have a lit'fetine subscription for this app, but it somehow 'expired'. the moment I opened it, it tricked me into paying 60 pounds for a year! There are no contact details, no option to reverse this purchase. Will never use this again! Hate, hate, hate!
What happened?
I've used this app for a decade and this week when I went to track my fertility symptoms I'm not able to select anything on that page! And there's no support through the app. I guess it's time for a new one.

App now requires a sign in and acceptance of a very intrusive privacy policy. I will not be returning to use it despite over 12 years of use and suddenly being forced to sign in and give away personal data, IP address and carrier information. I think you don’t know your audience well.
I bought this app outright because I wanted to support a service I loved, oh well.

Really love this app! I have used it religiously for over 5 years when attempting to get pregnant, having failure in getting pregnant (showing my doctor what I have tried to obtain a fertility specialist referral ) plus tracking my cycles while going through miscarriage, fertility treatments and attempts at conception naturally. Not to mention this app transitioned me through a pregnancy, return of my cycle and trying again for baby number 2. I had no defects, problems or use with this app. Completely reliable!! I am still using it and rely upon it completely for tracking periods, ovulation and planning. Really easy to use and modify for your own use. This app tracks menstruation cycles, optimum ovulation, moods, weight, basal temp, "love dates" and any meta data you desire to track when things happened and when. I have used it to back-search data for when I took shots or took specific tests. I found it invaluable in when going back to the doctor for information they needed about outside specialists or dates on when things happened. Highly recommended!

Do Not Recommend
This app used to be great. The company states „Trusted for 16 years“. That was true until recently. Whatever they‘re up to now, doesn‘t seem good. I bought it many years ago and used it without issue until recently. Now it crashes frequently and all my data has been deleted. I don‘t trust it any longer! And don‘t recommend you do either. If you look at the reviews, I‘m not the only one saying this.

Forcing me to use Apple sign in
I’ve used this app for almost 10 years and have so much date tracked. Now I’m being told to Sign in with Apple and my old account is inaccessible. The terms state that my information might be collected and sold to third parties. No way am I allowing my personal health info to fall into the wrong hands. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED that I can’t log in the old way.

Should not have updated
I made the mistake of updating this app finally because I could not get it to sync to health and now they’re asking me to pay more money when I’ve already paid for this app. It clearly says no ads for this version so why do I get a pop up every 10 seconds it seems to subscribe to “premium?” I thought I already was “premium?” I’ve been using this app for 13 years and am so disappointed to see that it has jumped on the “subscription” boat after everyone already paid for it. Give me back my 13 years of period logging; you just lost another customer.

The app is set up nicely but periodically loses all my data, which defeats the purpose of tracking.
Invasive “privacy” policy
Will gladly walk away from over a decade of my personal data than be required to opt in to an invasive privacy policy in order to use your app.
