No customer service
Have been a customer for a long time.My most recent order had one item missing and tried to contact them through email ,call and text.No response.They charged me for the item and never refunded.

Spoilt items sent in order and no reponse
I ordered dosa batter from them and it was spoilt on arrival. The smell from the batter was foul. When I tried contacting the customer care,I haven’t received any response.

Really convenient and excellent initiative
As a student who can’t go grocery shopping every now and then, this app is really convenient to get all the Indian groceries at the doorstep.
Updated review after one year
I had posted a five star review for this company when they first started a year ago. It’s so sad to report out how my opinion has changed them in the last 12 months. The quality of produce has gone down significantly especially fruits. They miss to send you the items, and don’t even follow up. If there are items not available, instead of crediting your original mode of payment, just keep those balances on your iPerkz account, which is so absurd. What if I never want to buy from them again? Again, I think they started off with a great concept, but lost credibility and ethics along the way. I would think twice now before buying from them again.
