Not very accurate
I would love to give this a higher rating but the gos is not very accurate for these modern times , it can be 200 meters out. Also more selection of refresh times as a 5 to 10 mins will only last 6-8 hours. There needs to be a 20 min setting so that it will last 12 to 15 hours. Concept is great but needs more work. Other issue is with the iOS app it sometimes won’t update and you need to shutdown the app to refresh.

Impressive! Everything I want.
The app is really impressive, it’s not over-simplified but it’s also easy to use. I appreciate the QR codes which makes entering the data easy, intervention with Maps to get a route there, street view, and also status of GPS and GSM signal. You don’t have to dig for settings everything is right there.
One idea is the ability to schedule reporting modes, eg between 5pm-7am go into power saving as the cat is locked inside at night, but when we’re away at work reporting mode switches to 5-10 mins or 30 seconds.

Great device
We’re in a rural area (using a Spark SIM) and it tracks our moggy incredibly well. Have to charge each night which is fine because we’ve chosen high frequency GPS updates. Great job.
Not easy to use
It’s not very intuitive.
There’s some poorly thought out issues, like when you want to look at where your pet has been today, it starts at the first reading of the day. So if you want to see where she is now (maybe somewhat urgently) you have to scroll (slowly) through maybe hundreds of readings for the day. Daft! Obviously it should show you the most recent reading FIRST

I can’t do anything I have no option to track my pet
Terrible
The App update is awful. Doesn’t show your local map on landing page anymore, just country so you have to zoom in every time. Constantly sends geofence alarms even when my pet is well inside the geofence. Can’t see the travel history easily anymore. Worst “update” ever.
Update to version iPet.v2.35.T8
Is an absolute disaster - location history shows minimal location detail. Less options available. Sack the software developer and bring back the previous version.
Keep frozen on position hours ago
Very poor and doesn’t makes justice to the pet tracker. It’s almost unusable .
So disappointed
The tracker itself I think seems small and light enough but the app has no frozen on me and won’t find my cat and just crashes every time I open it. Can’t trust it now so sadly have to send back. It seems there is simply NO reliable tracker on the market at all yet. Don’t rely on these things anyway :(

App is really cool when it works but keeps force closing whenever I go to use it. Reinstalled and still does it, please fix!
Complete waste of time and money
I couldn't put it better than UR LUVD 1. This product is expensive and next to useless. Mine had to be sent back when first received it and they took two weeks to get it back to me. The battery life is not adequate, the interface doesn't work very well and it doesn't seem to update when it should. Find another tracker!

Accurate and easy to use
Total waste of money
This app and the expensive tracker that goes with it are a waste of money. The app is clunky, slow to update and lacking in features. The collar tracker is difficult to clip on and off and the battery life is really poor.
The app goes hours without updating (e.g. 10 hours where I've set it to two hours) regardless of what the settings are. There's no button to press to ask "where is my dog right now", and the app is slow to respond to a change in setting from normal updates to more urgent updates.
There are icons on the screen that have no interface, where you'd expect them to have a function if you pressed them.
Bitterly disappointed - hundreds of dollars for sub functional kit and software.
