Help I can’t type anything.

Since I installed the software update, I can’t use the typing feature on IPEVO whiteboard. Every time I try to interact with stuff I typed on IPEVO whiteboard or use a new type box, it always draws with the pen instead of allowing access to the type box. Can you please take a look for me. I’d try to fix it myself but I’m worried about losing all my whiteboards.

Question about camera

Is there any reason why my document camera works for the regular IPEVO app, but not this IPEVO Whiteboard app>?

Sad about update

I’ve used this for years and the update to to make the user interface better just made it worse in my opinion. You can’t toggle between boards anymore, the image is a lot less sharp than it used to be, and you can’t make the toolbar disappear so that entire portion of the screen is effectively useless. Change it back please!!

4.1.0 update is broken

Latest update 4.1.0 has broken Whiteboard on my iPad 8. Freezes with any attempt to create or edit a whiteboard.

Used to love it

I’ve used this app for 3 years as a document camera app with my iPad for my art classes. It was great until they recently took away the ability to rotate the device/camera to portrait mode and the controls on the screen can no longer be hidden. Frustrated that I need to search for a new app that will allow me to do those things now

Help

Since last update as I can no longer toggle between pages. It would be amazing if you can add this feature back in here again. I was using it to each everyday online and now it is very challenging to use for rotating whiteboard pages.

Not user friendly

I watched countless videos and searched the web to find out how to save my lessons. Other then one of your videos saying it was archived on my device, which still didn’t help, was all that was said on the subject. I was required to send in a copy of a lesson to my admin and give them the URL address, but there is nowhere this is explained in all the videos. I also wanted to highlight word or make certain words font bigger. Everything about this, other than using the camera directly with your class, is not user friendly!

It deleted all my work

I was doing angles for school and there was about 30 angle combinations I had done. I went out of it and it deleted my work. That took 2 hours! I wasted 2 hours of school because of this app. If you could make it so it would saved I would rate this higher but I can’t because of this. If this is meant for school I recommend to change some things because students WILL get in trouble because of this one tiny mistake that needs to be changed. I recommend you change it.

HORRIBLE

Absolutely a complete waste of time. Crashes midway when recording. Starts and stops itself on its own. When switching from landscape to portrait mode and vice versa it loses all data! Waste of my effort to create a simple sketch video.

I’m so happy with this but I wish it had sound and it would be like IPEVO ann... but I have a iPad so I guess my wishes will not come true.

Great...if you don't move

I'm not sure what happened, but the document camera feature now refocuses constantly... You used to be able to turn this feature off by holding down the camera icon. - now it flips the image. I've tried it on two iPads with the same result. Guess I'll be looking for another app or hook my real document camera back up.
