I had a lot of fun using this app. It comes with 10 free frames, but I decided to get additional 20 for only $0.99. Very simple to use!

Scam!

Even though it's free to download, with a few very tacky frames to choose from, if you want more you have to be willing to pay an additional $.99 for EACH added frame. No thanks!!
