Keeps saying the in app update failed and I can’t do anything until it updates

Bold messages
I'm finding that if you create a message and select the BOLD font. When you save it, it is not saving in bold and displays normally

I’m hoping that the creators will add more styles of eyes to the double panels. Large feminine eyes and the Cars Movie eyes like they have on their single panels.
Send Failures
After any update, I always get a “send failure” to any screens. It takes days before it will allow any sends. I rate it a 1 star because of this. When it’s working it’s great.
It’s alright…
but I have no experience and patience in making my own. I did see some cute stars and new things but the most recent update took it all away and gone back to the pre-made repetitive ones again and cannot find the new stuff. I don’t understand why they’ve disappeared and the rest of it doesn’t appeal to me.

Очень удобная вещь. Быстро соединился с айфоном 17 про Макс . Всё работает. Множество всяких прикольных штук и приколов можно сделать как самому , так и загрузить уже имеющихся в галерее онлайн…. А там их столько….дня не хватит все перепробовать.
В итоге остались довольны. Жена так ваще пищит от положительных эмоций, особенно понравились ей красные глаза , моргают , ночью ваще огонь 🔥🔥🔥

Ruim pra Vehicle Screen
O APP não reconhece o painel quadrado do Vehicle Screen (32x32 ou 64x64) e mostra a caixa de edição de texto retangular do painel 32 Pixel Series, ex 32x96. Não permitir quebra de linha, deixa a falha pior, o meu é LED_64*64_501f, v. MCU 16.02, BT 1.03, App 4.7.4. iPhone 15 Pro Max
Video import not working
Claims to let you import video, but that function does not work at all. Nobody is going to create a video (or even an image using this app) pixel by pixel, so the DIY Animation feature is effectively useless - and that’s what I bought my screen for.

Was working perfectly then it was updated now none of the preloaded images are in the app anymore

UPDATE NEEDED PLEASE
I love this product and use it every day for my business but why have you change the text so that it displays smaller in the latest update? The text is much smaller now but punctuation and numbers etc are the same size as previous app updates. Please update so that I can continue to use it. Please make the text as big as the screen would allow how it used to be.
