I love this product and use it every day for my business but why have you change the text so that it displays smaller in the latest update? The text is much smaller now but punctuation and numbers etc are the same size as previous app updates. Please update so that I can continue to use it. Please make the text as big as the screen would allow how it used to be.

Some things are hard to use
Overall fantastic app but had problems with the program list and other modes.. I recommend to show the previous frame to make the diy animation thing easier
From bad to worse
The app that keeps removing graphics options finally ends your ability to connect to the device at all.

The app was great until new update made the app stopped working.
Not connecting to Bluetooth since latest update
Since the update from 2 days ago I have not been able to access controller to LED lights
Strange that it has so many bug fixes.
Call me suspicious but it seems like every time I use it, the dev wants to hook into my cell phone connection and WiFi. After I start using it I have almost daily updates with “bug fixes” when I quit using it the bug fix updates go away.
Needs a feature update
Great app, works well with my LED panel, **FEATURE REQUEST** To be able to move the individual lists up and down on the ‘Program Lists’ page would be a great addition to the app.
IPixel changes needed
There are many issues with the App. Can’t changed the font, can’t use emoji from my phone. Can’t edit existing patterns. Needs an update.

Could be brighter
In the daytime its almost not visible. I can understand to a degree. But other led signs that I have are super bright so why can’t these be brighter? Very disappointed.

Love this unit. I would like to see 2 improvements however.
A live preview (at the bottom or top of the app screen) of what’s being displayed on the device as you can’t see it unless you take a visual look at the unit - often not practical.
Also, remove the requirement for an internet connection for the device to actually work. All the graphics options should download when you have internet but still be able to be accessed and selected even when offline.
Currently the device is unusable when there’s no internet connection and this isn’t very useful and detracts from its value.
Would also like to see the option for a quick keyboard to allow you to quickly type a message to be displayed on the device fast with an option to tap to return to the previous display.

Need better pre made options.
The current pre made options are not exactly relevant and the logic behind them shows an obvious lack of knowledge about US culture and needs correcting.

Was working went into a store came back out now nothing works can’t figure it out !!! Really bummed about this it was a great product but now I gotta look somewhere else as they only have Chinese directions
Not Versatile
You’re stuck with pre-canned messages and can only put ONE custom display on the screen. If using the remote control, your custom display is always on if you press power and is gone once you select any other button on the remote. You should be able to have many custom messages accessible by the remote control, not just one slot programmable by phone. It’s clearly designed for car use, you think someone should be using the app to make a custom message for each occasion. The pre-programmed ones are lame!

Lots of potential but lacking in user-friendly features
Some of the downloadable options are nice but it would be great to have more editing options for uploading custom pictures or making animations. Being able to upload gifs and properly crop & center them would be amazing, but to animate any of your own is very time consuming, cumbersome and lacking in options to make for a better experience. I wouldn’t expect full animation features but there should be more options available to make custom content easier.
