Constantly crashes
The app never really opened. It starts to open and then crashes immediately.
It just doesn’t open anymore
I just redownload it to use my memory stick and the app just wouldn’t open at all, it doesn’t give me any error messages, nothing.
Stalemate on the update

I have used this app successfully with my flash so many times in the past. However, the app refuses to work now on my iPhone 12. The app opens for one second and then glitches out! Please help! 🙏 I need to access my files ASAP!

Worked with early Apple software but not with the latest. App opens then closes. Maybe it could be that iPlugmate has not been updated for 4 years.

This thumb drive for your iPhone automatically starts “IPlugmate”, which immediately aborts and won’t open no matter what you do. It’s really disappointing they sold a device that requires their app and they don’t update the app. It’s now useless.

USELESS AFTER IOS UPDATE
I’ve had mine for several years and used it daily. However, anything running IOS 16 and higher KILLED this drive. WTAF?!?
Stopped working with iOS 16
Sadly stopped working with iOS 16. Luckily I realised on time. Otherwise my backup up would be useless. I had to find a laptop to transfer everything.
