I’m using the iPOLiS Mobile app version 2.8.4 on an iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 18.5. Unfortunately, the app crashes immediately upon opening or when trying to connect to a device.
This issue makes it impossible to use the app for remote monitoring.
Please provide an updated version of the app that is compatible with iOS 18.5 and newer iPhones, or let us know if there is a workaround available.

No matter what I do, the app just crashes the second I try to open it. I can’t even view it to set up my system.

Doesn’t even open now, just crashes and closes itself. Is there an alternative?

the playback option on this app does not work it used to but no longer does the last update to this app was six years ago I’m going to look to see if there’s another app I can use with this Samsung receiver, and if not, I will be updating my camera system Hopefully, Samsung didn’t put all their eggs in one basket meaning this app. Also, there is no longer any support for this app so before trying it download it go into it hit support and you’ll find out. There’s nothing there. No worry wart so ever.

iPolis does not load on my iPad
I got the iPolis from App Store but as soon as I open it the app closes immediately. Unless the app opens one cannot set it up for remote view of Samsung DVR.
It is a worthless App
I first installed this App in 2016 and it gave hard times configuring it every time I used it until 2 weeks ago when finally I can’t even open it. It flashes an shuts down completely. I tried calling for help, they offered text support which takes lot of time until the tech said that they have limited support for it. I don’t know how an App does not get updated in 6 years. Don’t they read the reviews?
