Twice Now no download after pay

I have purchased several and have had no problems and now I have two I have paid for and no download it is just blank except the last page. How do I get it fixed or refunded? you have no in app help.

I Like it a lot

Everything seems to work well, I picked 4 winners and 1 exacta out of 7 races. I too, wish it could be printed so I could have a hard copy. Also It would be nice to have the results after the race is over. I found them on another web site. What I really would like is an ability to bet to see how my handicapping works out. Not real bets, proactice bets. 1. Ability to bet. 2, Ability to see the results soon after they are posted.
