Do not want a subscription and have unsuccessfully tried to cancel. They tell you how to cancel but it doesn’t work. Not happy, am a pensioner and can’t afford this. Should tell you about this subscription BEFORE you purchase…

Bought this to print invoices from my iPad and iPhone. Was a little tricky to get the printer added. Had to watch a utube video, but it works perfect!

I have two printers on Wi-Fi and it can’t find either of them.
No way to print small photo prints
Super frustrating and I already paid.
Wish I could get a refund
Complete and total waste of time and money. I was concerned that this would be the case to begin with but I wasn’t able to print one of my own documents prior to being told I had to purchase the lifetime membership. I tried everything I could, changed file formats, made sure the printer is supported etc.

It’s not finding my printer. It worked fine on the trial!! Paid for nothing. Now I’ll have to find another way to print the kids papers for virtual school.
