Hot Garbage
The induction process was very straight forward, however for whatever reason, ther were issues with my account and the app.
I spent 50 minutes on the phone with the iPRO help desk trying to get my account and app working. After the safety induction, I had to submit my phone number on the site but it just “hung”. No confirmation.
The iPro support line however was very helpful but couldn’t fix the issue. As a work around, the store had to manually sign me in due to app issues. Rubbish app in my opinion!

IPRO company
The process to register as a supplier to this company is frustrating and flawed. Documents are rejected without cause and the induction process for staff forces you to choose mandatory drop down boxes that do not apply to works being performed.
IPRO has some way to go before being a smooth operation .
