NEW FEATURES PreOp Copy Forward: when you copy PreOp data into a case that already has data, choose to Overwrite, Merge, or Keep Existing so home meds and labs are not lost. MD Handoff Override: an authorized participant (CRNA, Anesthesiologist, or Clinical Admin) can complete an MD handoff when the anesthesiologist is unavailable, with a required reason. Saved Notes and Templates: applying a note or template to a chart that already has notes now lets you Append or Overwrite instead of replacing silently. Perfusion Drug Configuration: drugs flagged as perfusion drugs appear as a read-only row on the Perfusion chart when given in MAIN. IMPROVEMENTS Narcotic Reconciliation: capture waste electronically on zero-administration substances. STOP-BANG: the Risk Score now appears only when all active questions are answered, so partial assessments no longer show a score. Return to Case List: optionally return to the case list automatically after finalizing (off by default). Health History: issues now display one per line on the Summary tab. Stop Fluid: the total entry now shows the fluid's name, so you know which fluid you are totaling. Workflow: the PACU Checklist carries lines forward from MAIN, Liquid Plasma is a new blood product option, and a PreOp signature is no longer required for providers who did not document the case. Updated the drug and infusion input for the new iOS design. BUG FIXES Date of birth entry now restricts to today or earlier. Applying a note from the line note manager now updates only the selected line. Highlighted Med, Surgical, and Anesthesia history items now appear in the patient header alerts. Deleting infusion, EKG, or fluid entries no longer leaves residual stop events behind.
