Not having modify SIP
In other AMC platforms, there is an option to modify SIP or switch SIP, but in this app such an option is not available. Also, zero folio details are not showing. Please add these features for a better user experience.
Worst App Experience – AUM Shows Zero
The IPRU Partner app is highly unreliable. For the past several days, it has been showing my AUM as zero, which is completely incorrect and misleading. I raised the issue via email with detailed screenshots, but no response has been received till now. Neither the app nor the web portal reflects the correct data.
As a registered Mutual Fund Distributor, I rely on accurate and timely updates to serve my clients. This kind of negligence affects trust and business. Very disappointed with the service. If ICICI Prudential can’t maintain basic functionality for partners, it’s time to reconsider working with them.
