Ive moved a few times in the last 6 months or so. Havent been able to program my brain to get the bins night getting sorted the night before collection. The alarm is great for me.

The green bins were emptied this morning without notification. Can they come back
App operator is on crack
40 something notifications during the ex cyclone Alfred. 1 or two would have been enough.

Never received a notification regarding bin pick with changes.
Rubbish pick days for Alice St, Goodna
You need to fix the app. Our rubbish used to be collected on a Friday but now it is picked up on Thursdays. Your appt stills reminds me on Thursday night for Friday morning . I’ve tried editing it but nothing changes.
Bin pick up
In winter months the bin reminder should be sent out at least an hour earlier as it gets darker and people don’t want to go out when it’s dark
If this app was correct and up to date it would be an excellent tool!
This app is brilliant- when it has correct information. Needs updating now that changes to bin cycles have changed.

2 months later and address is still not there
Been living in my new place 2 months. Address still not recognised. Just relying on my neighbours as to what bins go out.

Amazing App
With life we get busy and we forget the simplest things like which bin is it. This app is amazing as it lets you set a reminder and also takes away the guess work. Atleast the kids dont think im wierd anymore looking at what bins the neighbours have been put out

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t have my house listed as an available location - despite it being 6 years old
Not recognising address
House has been there since 2018 and app doesn’t recognise. Tried next door and doesn’t work either. Frustrating when the council directs you to this app. Just want to know bin dates as a new resident
