What's New in IPTV Guard
1.9.1
May 25, 2026
This update brings polish everywhere, across all your screens. On Apple TV and Android TV, the player has been redesigned for the remote: smoother navigation, more readable OSDs, audio tracks and subtitles one click away, and a new X-Ray mode on detail pages to glance at the cast and trivia. Search and Mood now have their own dedicated 10-foot screens. Entry-level boxes (Android TV sticks, Bouygues remotes) are handled with more care, with fewer crashes and snappier responses. On iPhone and iPad, AirPods audio routing finally behaves the way you'd expect: no more sound stolen between your Mac and your iPhone, and playback resumes on its own when your earbuds reconnect after a call or a brief drop. The mobile player feels sharper too: pinch-to-zoom reacts better to taps, and the zoom resets automatically when you switch channel or episode. Your favorites now sync seamlessly across your devices, without ever creeping back after deletion. While content loads, you'll now see small tips drifting across the screen: hidden shortcuts, suggestions to get more out of the app, behind-the-scenes notes. A nice way to make those few seconds more pleasant. And every so often, after finishing a movie or adding a favorite, a discreet little message slides into the corner. Not an intrusive pop-up, just a friendly nudge: a reminder that IPTV Guard is built by a single developer, or an invitation to join the Discord community and share your thoughts. On Mac, the keyboard shortcuts B (audio) and C (subtitles) now properly cycle through tracks every time you press them. Thank you for using IPTV Guard. Your feedback shapes the app.
