Rude Customer Support After Purchase
When I asked a simple question about device compatibility, the response I received was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive.
It’s disappointing how quickly respect disappears after a purchase is made. I strongly recommend not buying from this company. You can easily get better service elsewhere. I wish I had seen a review like this before making my purchase.

Not Bad - good UI
The software is not bad, my only issue is that it will not sort the playlist of channels by A-Z for me for some reason. Other than that the interface for me is the main selling point and its available in both Windows and Apple eco systems. If you are able to fix the sort channels I would be THRILLED!
