I paid for a lifetime subscription to the app and now I can’t access it. It says can’t find my membership!!

How can I use this to watch anything? Says I need to enter details. Where can I find?
i wanted to try before buy but i can’t
i needed to be sure if will airplay properly i trued another app and it did make error in the apple tv , so to make it exclusive to try buy buying isn’t helpful

Keeps crashing
I have purchased premium paid 6£ plus for 6 months! Didnt even enjoy it for a minute. Keeps crashing. I have iphone15 pro max latest software. Only app that crashes! Refund plz!

Finds every service not usable. Other apps do fine. This is just TRASH.
Da migliorare
Con iPad si apre in verticale e ogni volta che si esce da un canale ritorna in verticale. Penso che e’ un app pensata più per iPhone che per iPad. Quando si salva un canale poi non si cancella più dai preferiti, rimane in eterno. Aggiornamenti non se ne vedono. App inutile.
Can I get sum help
I bought the 3 month for $4.99 am after I bought it it kept crashing and wouldn't open. Also how do add channels? If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. Or maybe a refund if this issue can't be resolved thank you
