I paid you for a service and the least I expected is for it to work. It’s not fit for purpose. I would now like a full refund

Some channels are not working anymore
One of the reasons to sign up was to watch Norway sports. Now, the "direktesport" channel does not work anymore. That is where I watched a lot of my content.
Other than that, everything is great
Other than that, everything is great
Pete W
Awesome interface
GreatTV
Easy to display and good features like Multi-screen and Record screen
Stuck in infinite loop “checking updates” at start up
This is frustrating - downloaded some videos from a iptv source, hope to watch them during a flight, but the app just spin forever w/o even getting to the main screen. The download feature is supposed to be the selling point, there are plenty of other iptv player out there, I would not have paid for this app if I knew the sucky start up behavior of the app.
