Constant Freezing & Lagging
This app is basically unusable at times, mostly when watching from Series. My internet is 1 GB with 2 devices connected at any given time, so the network is not the problem. It’s funny how the pop-up ads stream flawlessly but the actual show will not. Speaking of the ads… very frustrating when some ads contain no way to exit them. No “hidden X” after a certain time, etc. You end up having to close out of the app and start over.

Was The Best!
I paid for lifetime after downloading over a year ago and gave this app 5 stars….these days I keep getting ads and log out and back in, too much buffering as well. This app started out very strong, tired of constantly having to select restore purchase only to have to do it over and over. Have to constantly close app and reopen for it locking up even after latest update.

No way to add M3U playlist
Despite all the updates, I still cannot: 1) open the app to add a M3U playlist. 2) have that M3U playlist be persist through my sessions. Every time the app close, it loses the M3U I just spent so much energy entering. Also, no GitHub or ways for me to communicate with the dev so I just write a poor review in order to get attention to a bug.

I downloaded the App and paid $39.99 for Life Time offer and I didn’t receive any instructions to how to complete the setup or how to get the URL. I will ask for refund and escalate this issue if didn’t know one reached out to me.

I unlocked the lifetime premium subscription and yet still get adds. What's up with that?

Premium Works on One Device
There seems to be an issue when you purchase premium that it does not restore to other devices only the device you purchase lifetime from. Attempted to restore lifetime premium and it does not work on iPad or on shared purchases accounts.

Ad-Free Purchase Not Honored
I purchased the ad-free version of IPTV Smarters Player from the App Store in 2023. Now, they’ve discontinued that app and released a new version, which requires me to pay again for an ad-free experience. The ‘Restore Purchase’ option doesn’t work, so previous buyers are left without the benefits they already paid for. Very disappointing.

The app in itself is good but the airplay doesn’t work it only airplays the audio and not the content which is bad . A lot of ad too . Also picture in pictures not available please fix that I like the app but I need these

Once you get the paid version it becomes way less scammy! The only thing I wish that worked better was the ability to remove languages that you do not want… It's a very long and drawn out process of trying to click a tiny button that often does not even work.

Scam?? Troubleshooting?? Expiration?
I was satisfied using this app for a year, until my account shows it has “expired.” I decided to try to renew my account/ subscription, by using my mobile app and buying their (lifetime) subscription. $30 less later… days wasted.. No contact information (besides their email customer support) which in fact doesn’t support much… I’ve updated the application to the latest version, tried refreshing the application internally, and haven’t received a response back after sending customer support my issues.
FYI: 95% of these “5 star reviews” are fake..

Where is Live EPG?
App shows list of channel names, but unlike other apps, I cannot see the title of the current show nor is there a preview. the only way to know what’s playing is to tap each channel. No way to “change” channels from the active channel so X out, watch an ad, select new channel, hope there isnt a 15-second ad

Used to be very good but now overkill with ads
I like to swipe away to reply to a message then go back to the stream, but it’s now a guaranteed 1 minute ad every time you go back even if you leave for 2 seconds. The app sold out
