Missing Important Features
The new refresh is really nice—much better than previous. The frustrating part is that (1) there is no way to export your list of favorites and the HTML links, and (2) when i start many of my streams, I get audio and no video. Took me awhile to realize that it was using AVPlayer for the video and not VLC (installed separately). When I flipped the stream to VLC, it worked great. Would like to see a setting to change the default player engine. Having to keep flipping that is a bit annoying.

I have trouble with ITP TV loading customer service is horrible when you reach out to them it takes hours for them to get back with you.

Great app with some critical improvement opportunities
This app is fantastic.
Only issue I have with it :
Since a while ago if there is a movie in the list and it has a thumbnail, it will replace the title of the movie in the list with thumbnail. So when all movies have the same thumbnail without any titles!, it is impossible to see the title in the long list of movies.
I thank the developer to include this fix in the list of future releases to ALWAYS show the title of the movie whether or not it has a thumbnail.
Other than that it is the best in the market.

Needs subscription
I received the link for the app but haven’t been able to get it in to it ! I asked for help from both companies but still haven’t received anything I only got a month subscription so it’s not the end of the world but a little help would go a long way
NOPE.
I somehow paid for two versions of this miserable app. The link to contact the developer here on the App Store doesn’t work; that alone should tell you all you need to know. In case it doesn’t, read on.
Here’s what I find intolerable about this app:
* you can’t edit IPTV provider info; this means you have to add additional providers - BUT - only one can be “active”
* Can’t swap between providers w/ same logins/different URLs (only 1 is active)
* if you want to delete a provider, you have to delete all the ones listed “on top” of it first - because -
* Only the 1st provider listed will show the refresh option & login/ URL details. You can *highlight* others, but no info/detail from any others will display in the right side panel. The first one “sticks” - it overrides your selection.
* Which means - you can’t delete them, either, because the “delete” button is there.
* No in-app help link. Contact link on the App Store listing does not work - Server error. (Def tracks.)
* Updating IPTV provider makes any hidden channels pop back up- have to redo every time, one at a time (can’t select a group) if you want anything out of the way. Takes forever-just to get lost again.
* Can’t search for a channel unless the category is known
* Can’t search for a show unless the channel is known
* And the worst of all: YOU. CAN’T. LEAVE. THE. PROVIDERS. SCREEN…. YOU. HAVE. TO. RESTART. YOUR. DEVICE!!!
That means every single time you refresh your provider content and of course any time you (unsuccessfully, because it won’t let you) try to edit any provider info. Whatever it is that takes you to that page, you’re sure as shyte not getting out of there without a reboot! Any QA done would've caught it, I’m sure. Would’ve and should've caught it - ages ago! It’s been *months* of this frustrating stupidity, if not longer.
I just discovered ‘IPTV Expert.” Clouds parted, birds sang! Multiple providers, same creds, A-OK. Search anything. Hidden stays hidden.. Easily edit providers. And no restart from visiting - or (god forbid) accidentally tapping - the IPTV Providers screen is required!
The good reviews here must be from people with very low expectations… or maybe I’m experiencing Xtream-only problems, and the good reviews are from M3U users-?? I did like this app a lot at first, but it’s srsly tanked over the last year or so. Now it’s just a source of frustration.
*For the record, I am using an iPad Pro 13” - with way more than enough memory - on fiber internet [not that it should make a difference]*
